I believe in using the right tools for the right job. Whether it's qualitative insights like user interviews or quantitative data like analytics, I adapt my methods based on the specific needs of the project. Mixed methods are valuable, but I’m just as comfortable diving deep into qualitative or quantitative research when the situation calls for it.
Why? Because each project and problem is unique, and understanding when to apply the right approach is key to uncovering the most impactful insights.
