I’m Akshita Kesar—a UX researcher who has worked with teams at eHealth Insurance, Capabl, and Genius Teacher to bring clarity and ease to complex user experiences. I’ve led research initiatives that empower thousands of users, from enhancing accessibility for mHealth apps to creating intuitive educational tools. My journey is backed by a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from San Jose State University and a foundation in AI and computer science. I’m dedicated to crafting research-driven designs that truly connect with users.
